United of the Black Hills- Southern Hills is truly making our Black Hills family complete. The Southern Hills branch was added to the United Way in the 2009. The Southern Hills branch is compromised of 20 board members representing a variety of businesses/organizations from Keystone, Hill City, Custer, Hot Springs, and Edgemont. Donations will help support 19 agencies that make up the Southern Hills branch of the United Way that are focused on health and human service needs.
The 2010-20111 campaign goal is $78,000 and Chamber of Commerce Executive Directors from each of the communities will be serving at co-chairmen for the 2010-2011 campaign. They are Bonnetta Eich-Nedved of Keystone, Kathleen Sheets of Hill City, Dave Ressler of Custer, George Kotti of Hot Springs, and Lisa Scheinost of Edgemont.
